I wanted to share a new project I've been working on that's designed to help: Mid Lab Staffing LLC, a lab-focused staffing and recruiting service that connects Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) and Technicians (MLT) with hospitals, reference labs, and blood centers needing short-term, PRN, or permanent coverage.
As a practicing MLS(ASCP) and fellow ASCLS member, I understand both sides: the operational pressures labs face and the career goals of professionals seeking flexibility or growth.
